4. Third-Party Cookies
We use a limited number of third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage patterns on the marketing website (tracka.promatics.ng). These cookies are categorized as analytics cookies and can be opted out of.
- Support tools: If we integrate live chat support, the provider may set cookies to maintain chat sessions and provide support history.
We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertising networks. No patient health data is ever exposed to third-party cookie providers.
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences in several ways:
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings menu. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the Tracka platform.
- Analytics opt-out: You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your cookie preferences on our website.
- Clearing local storage: You can clear IndexedDB and local storage through your browser's developer tools. Note that this will delete any unsynced offline data from the main application.
6. Data Protection
Cookie data and local storage data are protected by the same security measures described in our Privacy Policy. Session cookies are transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Local storage data used for offline functionality is stored on the user's device and synced to our encrypted servers when connectivity is available. We do not use cookies to track patients or collect patient health information outside of the authenticated platform.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we introduce new categories of cookies or significantly change how we use existing ones, we will notify users through the platform or by email.
