Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Full-time

Build and maintain Tracka's core platform using Next.js, Hono, PostgreSQL, and Drizzle ORM. You will work on offline-first sync architecture, real-time features, and the Data API serving research organizations worldwide.

  • 5+ years of TypeScript/JavaScript experience
  • Strong PostgreSQL and API design skills
  • Experience with offline-first or sync architectures is a plus

Product Designer

DesignRemote (Africa)
Full-time

Design intuitive interfaces for field agents who work in low-connectivity environments on mobile devices, and for health administrators who need powerful analytics dashboards. Your work directly impacts patient outcomes.

  • 3+ years of product design experience
  • Experience designing for mobile-first and low-bandwidth environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare or public health applications

Health Informaticist

Full-time

Bridge the gap between clinical requirements and technology implementation. Define data models for sickle cell clinical domains, design reporting frameworks, and ensure the platform meets international guidelines for digital health interventions.

  • Degree in health informatics, public health, or medicine
  • Experience with health data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD)
  • Understanding of sickle cell disease clinical workflows

Field Operations Coordinator

OperationsLagos, Nigeria
Full-time

Manage the deployment and training of field agents across health facilities. Coordinate onboarding for new states, gather field feedback, and ensure data quality standards are maintained across all 342 active facilities.

  • Experience managing distributed field teams
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Willingness to travel to facilities across Nigeria
